Quotes and reservations

Submitting the quote form does not reserve your date. We review your event details, confirm availability, and send pricing. Your date is reserved once your booking is confirmed in writing.

Venue and surface approval

Indoor and outdoor setups are subject to venue and surface approval. Please share the surface type, available setup area, and access route (including stairs or elevators) when you request a quote so we can confirm the layout before booking.

Travel and add-ons

Travel charges may apply based on location. Attendants, extended hours, special venue coordination, and other event-specific needs are quoted separately.

Weather

For outdoor events we plan a backup during the quote process — an indoor or covered space, or a rescheduled date. Please tell us your backup plan when you book.

Changes and cancellations

Date changes and cancellations are handled case by case. Contact us as early as possible at (281) 635-1938 or info@puttzonetexas.com and we will work with you on the options for your booking.
